Experience: Atleast 1 year of experience in voice process with excellent phone etiquette, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Salary: A decent hike on last drawn salary.
Location: Kolkata
Roles and responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers via phone.
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about their queries.
* Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Qualifications:
* Atleast Higher Secondary or equivalent.
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
* Should be comfortable with both English and Hindi.
