Job Description
The primary task of a BPO executive is to
handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to
their queries.
Responsibilities:-
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
• Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
Job Details:
Age: 18 years to 40years
Qualification:-Graduates
(Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
Shifts: Night shift
Salary: 18,000-35,000 INR
Experience: Any Undergrad/Graduate Fresher’s can apply.
