Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Candidate will be entitled with Online Leads of Interested customers.

● Candidate will have to make call to Interested customers

● Explain the product details/offers/benefits to the customers

● Convert interested customers into sale & guide to make online payment or visit

● Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.

● Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs. Candidate Profile:

● Any Graduate / Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing Bachelors. BE/Btech with experience are also eligible

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Flexible with 24/7 Environment.

Experience Required: 1year minimum in international voice

Maximum Age: 35 Years
