Job Summary
- Required 3 quality with below language combination
- Should have minimum 1 yr experience as a quality analyst in BPO voice process
- Telugu + English + Tamil language
- Telugu + Kannada + English language
- Malayalam + English + Tamil language
Graduate:
- Good communication skill
- Male & female candidates preferred
- Min 1 year above experience asqualityin BPO field
- Call auditing and calibration
- Good inqualityparameters
- Conducting refresher training, RNR etc..,
- Good System knowledge (Excel)
- Salary range 12K to 15K (Negotiable)
- Preferred immediate joiners
- Should have experience in call audit, call monitoring, call feedback
