Team Leader – Collections Process (International)-

Job Description-
*Should have a good understanding of workings of a BPO & should have spent a minimum of 5 to 7 years in the industry
* Relevant Team Lead experience in years: minimum 2 years’ experience of managing a team in a collections domain
* Is U.S collection a must : collections in any geography would work
* Collections experience if yes then is Credit Card collections a must or would any Collections experience work: preferably credit card collections however if the candidate has good understanding on how to drive collections any domain would also do.
