Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Process emails, Inbox queries and queue processing & work on ad-hoc projects.
- Meet the hourly/daily/weekly/monthly productivity targets.
- Processing of emails, Inbox queries and queue processing as per the instructions given by TL’s
- Ensuring the target (as per the situation and business needs) are met without compromising on quality
- Strictly adhering to the guidelines laid down for the processing of emails, Inbox queries and queue processing
- Keep updated with process and policy updates & any new developments
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Awareness and strong navigation on global E-commerce/travel websites
Shift timings: Day Shift (any 9-hour shift between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Weekly offs: 2 rotational
Salary: 16,000 CTC to 21,000 CTC + Employee benefits
