• Attend to the client queries politely and professionally and provide relevant information.
  
• Keep records of client interactions and transactions.
  
• Record details of complaints, comments, inquiries.
  
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on client’s requests and complaints.
  
• Escalate unresolved client requests, pass on grievances to higher departments for further investigation and clarification.
  
• Make reminder calls to clients, send follow-up emails and schedule appointments.
  
• Check and ensure that all follow-up procedures are complete and meet SLA.
  
• Get feedback and Quality Assurance on identified or unidentified errors.
  
• Assist with Client Services as needed according to situations and demands.
  
• Keep records and reports on all measurements and turnaround time taken.
  
• Let the client know the cause of the problem and resolving the same with adequate information and help.
  
• Choose the best solution to solve a problem; rectify, adjust and also follow up to ensure proper resolution.
  
• Analyze clients’ needs, recommend suggestions and solutions based on those needs.
