BPO Associate Positions
ArtIsTech Solutions has a number of positions available in live projects in lead generation for both US-based as well as domestic clients. The openings are in both data as well as voice (in-bound and out-bound) domains.
Compensation plans will be as per industry standards.
Key Responsibility
• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
• Establishing relationship with clients and procuring documents as required.
• Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information.
• Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines and recommending improved procedures.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new projects in field of Human Resource, financial consultant and Security Verification fields.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
