Your primary responsibility is as mentioned under by the company applicable, enforced amended or altered from time to time and you will duly and punctually adhere to the rules and regulations of the organization in discharging the responsibilities entrusted to you.

• Responsible for handling training programs as well as the other programs developed by the company.
• Responsible for answering all customer enquiries regarding training programs, company services accurately, consistently, and with confidence in their regional Language (Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, and English). Minimum three languages preferred.
  
• Responsible to maintain and update identified customer’s opportunities on support systems.
  
• Would be a part of marketing and promotional activities of the company
  
• Responsible  to provide a high level of service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all prospects and customers have an express requirement, and are looking for instant and immediate action.
  
• Responsible to highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve procedures, technology, and service.
  
• Need to deal with all employees located in other departments and stations in a professional and co-operative manner at all times, and consistently strive to promote a positive team spirit.
  
• Generation of Reports pertaining to marketing and training.
• Compiling & summarizing reports for providing a summary to senior management.
• Need to adhere to the administrative processes, policies & disciplines of the organization
