Job Description (Telecaller):

Maintain Potential Customer database
Explain the customers - based on offers / benefits
Promoting the products/service
Customer follow-up
Feedback - mails/phones (communication channel)
Maintain register for the same.
Fix appointment with clients
Guide Marketing executives with customer meetings
Prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise.

Skills:

Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
Fluent in English & Tamil.
Should be able to work with a Team.
Good at Computers.
Fresher & experience both can apply.

Work Timings & Compensation Details:
Day Shift: 9:30.A.M to 6:30.P.M
Salary + Monthly incentives (Negotiable - performance and Incentive-based).
