Desired Qualification :
- Any Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate (Candidates with backlogs can also apply)
- Freshers (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015,2016 passed out) or Candidates with experience in any Domestic / international Bpo with Voice process experience
Skill Set Needed & Eligibility :
- Candidate should be any Undergraduates /Graduates / Post Graduates
- Good Oral And Written Communication Skills
- Candidates with arrears can also apply
- Candidates age should be below 27yrs
- Ready To Work In complete Night Shifts
- Ready to give commitment of 1.6 years
- Responsible For Calling Insurance Companies (In US) On Behalf Of Doctors/Physicians And Follow Up On Outstanding Accounts Receivable
- To Make A Physical Call By Following The International Norms And Applicable Rules For Confidentiality And HIPAA Compliance
- Escalate Difficult Collection Situations To Management In A Timely Manner
- 1 -2 months training will be provided
