Job Description
- Female telecallers with good knowledge of computer.
- Making outbond calls to generate sale leads and also handle incoming calls.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services
- All customer queries must be followed up in a timely manner.
- Record details of opportunities and lead notes by listening attentively to customer/client need.
- Maintain database by entering, verifying and backing up data. Enter customer information, process orders, forms and applications
