Job Description
Experience - Preferably in Tele-marketing earlier
Salary: CTC Rs. 1.50 Lac to 3.0 Lac (as per experience) + Incentives
Note : Rs.5000/- incentive per lead follow up that results in closure of a deal. If more than 15 lead closures in a month, then bonus incentive as a percentage of the revenue per lead closure.
The person in the capacity of a telemarketing executive will-
- Do listings of various property on portals dealing in real estate
- Call and follow up on leads provided by senior staff
- Schedule and arrange site visits for clients with senior staff in the firm
- Take feedback after site visits
- Maintain updates in CRM software
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Experience in Telemarketing
- Good communication skills.
- Telemarketing with positive attitude and team playing ability
- Ability to work independently without supervision
