Job Description
We are looking for a Tele-caller to join us on an immediate basis.
The candidate will be getting an exposure of Operations, Client Relationship, and Supply Co-ordination. It’s an opportunity where you can nurture your soft skills and management skills effectively.
Job Role:
- The role will be to work with a database of leads that are a mixture of existing, and new contacts and get involved in aspects of telemarketing process including coordination with our Marketing team in Gurgaon.
Desired candidate profile:
- Responsible for initiating call to the leads provided
- Ability to understand and interpret customer needs over the phone
- Basic computer application skills & data management skills
- Candidate should have good presentation and communication skills
- A high level of passion for succeeding and a strong level of self-motivation
- Information gathering and management skills are a definite advantage
