Job Description:
- Make telephone calls to prospects
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Maintain confidentiality
- All customer queries must be recorded and to ensure these are responded to, followed up in a timely manner.
- Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct calls
- Record details of opportunities and lead notes
- Listen attentively to customer/client need.
- Fixing Appointments for Sales Team, pitching, explaining services, sending proposals, keeping track of all leads,
- Maintains database by entering, verifying and backing up data.
- Enter customer information, process orders, forms and applications
- Working with the prospect database to develop client prospects
Qualification required:
- Experience required: 6 months to 1 year
- Education: HSC
- Gender: Only female candidates
- Salary: up to 25k
