  • Calling the customers to sell them membership/subscription.
  • Upsell and Cross sell of services or new products or offers
  • Flexible to work on various processes as per business requirement.
  • Display proactive approach to resolve the customers complaints.
  • Ability to effectively retain customers through solution centric approach.
  • Create a positive Brand Image through customer focus.
  • Capturing Customer Feedback and sharing with management regularly.
  • Attending Team Meetings/huddles and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Look for continuous improvement in the processes.
Job Requirements
  • Good Oral & Written Skills (English & Hindi)
  • Should possess customer convincing skills
  • Flexible and should be able to work in pressure
  • Should be outspoken & well versed with language
  • Should have basic Knowledge of Computers (Computer Savvy)
Desired Skills:
  • Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi good interpersonal skills and an effective listener.
  • Educational Qualification : Undergraduate/Graduate
  • Other Specifics: N/A
  • Experience: Min 6 months of Outbound Sales Experience in Concept Selling, Insurance, DTH or Telecom (Bike is must)
  • Flexible for night shift
