Job Overview:
You work closely with the CEO in all aspects of the sales cycle, from discovery to close, that fuels
company growth. Motivated by solving business problems on behalf of prospective customers, and
with exceptional prospecting skills to uncover and close new business opportunities, you will be
responsible for ultimately driving the adoption of Jova.

person who is technically
savvy and is quick on their feet. This is a groundfloor
sales opportunity to be an integral part of an
exciting startup that is geared for growth and impact in the market of nondesk
workers.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage a sales pipeline in both existing and new market verticals through online
and offline strategies.
● Identify key decisionmakers
within target accounts and implement key outreach techniques
to generate product awareness.
● Conduct product needs assessments by reaching out (cold emails, cold calls), identifying pain
points, and effectively articulating Jova’s unique value proposition.
● Successfully qualify and convert leads into prospects, drive sales calls or product demos, and
assist in closing.
● Accurately manage and track customer data and interactions.
● Build strategic relationships to achieve referrals, grow existing business, and ensure customer
satisfaction.
● Follow up after sales for customer feedback and communicate the team to assist in product
improvement.
Background:
● Graduate in Business, Sales & Marketing, Communications, Technology or similar
● 2+ years of relevant experience in lead generation, coldcalling/
prospecting, solution selling
● Experience working with a technology startup is highly preferred
● Comfortable with computers, technology and CRM tools like
● Experience prospecting to international clients (US) over phone & email is an asset
Requirements:
● Sales experience particularly in SAAS/SMB markets Great

● Must be salesdriven
and possess a strong work ethic. Crush sales targets on a daily and
weekly basis by being competitive, focused, hungry, and relentless
● Superior written and verbal communication skills balanced with great listening skills.
● Strong organizational and analytical skills, and excellent follow through.
● Passion to learn, easily pick up new skills and assimilate technical information quickly.
● Confident and comfortable interacting with all levels of management within the client
organization and builds enduring relationships
● Comfortable in a fastpaced
and rapidly evolving space that responds to customer and market
feedback quickly.
● Extra hungry and willing to do what it takes to wow our customers.

Timings: This is a prospecting/client interaction role, hence requires you to operate in the US time
zone which is a NIGHT SHIFT 8:
00 PM IST to 5:00 AM IST.
