Job Description

We are an event management company and we are looking for a sales coordinator / project co-ordinator.
The role of the candidate would be to call and interact with the prospects for the exhibitions.
The exhibitions would be either domestic or international.
The candidate has to talk to the prospect over the phone or by mail and inform them about the exhibition which will take place.
The responsibility would be convert this prospect into an exhibitor .
Handling client inquiries, guiding them through the processes and project coordination would also be require once the booking has been done.
For this, a candidate should have strong communication skills and computer efficiency.
