- Designation: Bpo Trainer
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1 – 5 years
- Salary: 1.50 L – 2.50 L P/A
- Location: Warangal
- Note: Looking for an immediate joining
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Training New Hire Batches
- Should have good teaching and presentation skills.
- Should have well-versed experience in bpo process (inbound, outbound).
- Ability to design training, including the methods.
- Responsible to conduct lectures as per the curriculum and ensure that the modules are completed as per the batch schedule.views and knowledge about the current training process.
- Understanding the training need, views and knowledge about the current training process.
- Understanding of the aspects like group dynamics and personal psychology.
- Looking for a BPO Trainer, experienced as a trainer in Bpo Process, inbound, outbound etc.
- Familiar with communication techniques.
- Monitor, provide, record and evaluate effective training activities
