OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

· Support training of existing and new activity processes.
· To ensure accurate and timely completion of activity associated with preventative/corrective data services in line with agreed delivery targets set by line management.
· Appropriate and timely escalation of information, which influences, prevents or impacts services and/or data quality to line management.
· Accurate and timely record keeping and maintenance of activity records as required.
· Drive change quickly and effectively when targets, goals and activity change.
· Ensure clear objectives and targets are set and communicated, and reviewed monthly

Recognised educational qualifications or time experience commensurate with the role and responsibilities
Computer knowledge with intermediate to advanced experience with Windows & MS office software (Word & Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum qualification :- Graduation/10+2 or 10+3
