Braithwaite & Co. Ltd., A Govt. of India Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways invites applications from Indian Nationals for filling up the following posts.
1. Name of the Post: Sr. Software Engineer (E2 Grade) / Software Engineer (E1 Grade)
2. No. of posts: 02
3. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology from recognized university.
4. Post Qualification experience (years) / Nature of Experience as on 30.09.2021:
Post Qualification Experience: More than 5 years of working as Software Developer / Programmer / Engineer. Preference will be given to the Candidates having experience of working in Govt. Sector / PSU and development / implementation of ERP application
5. Technical Skill set (Essential):
a. Technology/Languages - PHP,HTML5, C, C++, C#, Java SE,JavaScript, Python
b. Framework- CodeIgniter, .Net, HMVC
c. Library - Ajax, Jquery, Bootstrap, CSS
d. Operating System- Windowsxp,7, 8, 10, Linux
e. atabase- MySQL, SQL Server
f. Tools- Android Studio, Eclipse
6. Extensive experience of working in LAMP Stack and HMVC architecture is required. Should be able to work independently in software development and provide application user support.
7. Technical Skill set (Desirable)
a. Hands on experience on server (Apache/Web server) side are highly appreciable
b. Linux Server Administration
c. Sound knowledge of RDBMS
d. Experience in HDFS and No SQL
e. Experience of working in CPanel for Web application and administration
8. Scale of Pay (2017 Pay Scale):
i. E1 Grade: Rs.40000---140000/-; Minimum Monthly Gross Salary (Basic+DA+HRA): Rs.58880/-------approx.
ii. E2 Grade: Rs.50000---160000/-; Minimum Monthly Gross Salary (Basic+DA+HRA): Rs.73600/-------approx.
9. Emoluments: In addition of Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, HRA as admissible, other benefits include Provident fund, Gratuity, LTC, Company’s accommodation in lieu of HRA, medical and other facilities according to Company Rules.
