Job Description
Job Summary
To prepare business plan Monthly/ Quarterly and execute corporate as well as retail sales in bank branch. To initiate and maintain branch relationships for sourcing of the high end platinum credit cards. To Achieve monthly targets.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for initiating and maintaining the Branch- client relationships for active card sourcing.
- Will be responsible for executing marketing activities at allocated Branch.
- Will be responsible for reghular guidance and training of the branches.
- Will be responsible for carrying out the business as per the norms and ensuring no deviation to the process
- Will be responsible for customer service and feedback thereby improving the service level and brand image.
- Will be responsible for achieving the monthly targets of the specified number of Card accounts.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Post Graduates / Masters Degree in Marketing / Sales from a reputed B School
- Special/Technical Knowledge
- Good communicator, Sales skills, Good grooming
