Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Data entry
- Update excel spreadsheet/word document/database with information taken from Emails, PDF documents and different websites
- Segregate reports/documents based on predefined criterion
- Overall daily administration of the office.
- Maintain cash vouchers/invoice/bills, payment of bills
- Handle petty cash and prepare cash reconciliation report
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience as office admin and/or data entry operation
- Education: Bachelor or Master Degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel/Word/Power Point & Outlook
- Excellent command over written and spoken English
