Job Description
Description:
-Do Loan Appraisal (financial appraisal + reference checks)
-Coordinate with Central Credit Team for effective implementation of Credit Policy on the Field.
-Responsible for managing the Credit quality of loans origination and Branch Operations Risks.
oMonitor Repayment process & trends at Branch
oManage 'early default' delinquency (in first 6 months of loan)
-Support the BM in smooth working of the Branch to enable:
oDay to day administering of the Branch
oReport & manage customer & field discipline issues
-Responsible for Implementing and Monitoring a robust compliance on operations processes
-Conduct Field Training of Loan Advisors on Credit and Operations Processes to reduce errors
Job requirement:
BCO
Preferably commerce/science graduate
Min. one year of work experience in credit function in MFI/HFC/NBFC
Understanding of profit and loss account/ balance sheet
Knowledge of KYC documentation
Knowledge of credit appraisal process of small ticket loans
conducting face to face meeting with the customer/understanding business model/validating stock levels/obtaining reference checks
Understanding of bank statement assessment (repayment tracking/inward and outward cheque return)
Basic System knowledge of MS word and Excel
Prompt resolution to customer queries
- UG : Graduation Not Required, Any Graduate in Any Specialization
- PG : Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
- Doctorate : Any Doctorate in Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
