- To achieve Targets of the branch & to distribute & monitor target achievement among the team members.
- To ensure successful implementation of 360 degree Financial Planning on individual level in the branch.
- To Plan & Formulate strategies on business development activities and to share Market Intelligence with Reg office/Head office
- To acquire new clients and to maintain existing client base.
- To manage relationships and to generating business from TOP CLIENTS
- To Impart continuous Training to the team member.
- To Supervise daily activities of Team member & to oversee overall Branch Administration and operations.
- Aggressive Candidate preferable from mutual Fund Background
