Job Description
- Achievement of branch business target.
- Ensuring growth and productivity of team members.
- Conducting efficient Field Investigation of Members who have applied for loan.
- Monitoring and looking after for new and ideal centres for business enhancement.
- Managing the process, adhering to policies and procedures, supporting centre officers, resolving field problems and suggesting process improvements
- Ensure 100% repayments in all centres and high attendance levels.
- Visit the centres regularly, especially the problematic centres and help the CO in identifying and solving whatever the issues.
- Ensure proper pre and post loan documentation of the members along with loan disbursements and repayments checks.
- Ensure correct system entries, data submission and emails sent to the HO.
- Ensure efficient and effective centre meetings.
- Ensure efficient and accurate disbursement of loan.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction, though high quality services and making sure the CO takes necessary steps to reduce member absenteeism and complains.
- Motivate and Develop Team.
- Ensure that branch staff should constantly strive to realize Midland Microfin Ltd. Vision and Mission by adhere Company’s values and code of conduct.
