Job Description:
Required a Center Manager to run established Test Preparation center with following skills:
*Leadership & people management skills.
*A person with the ability to manage an established test preparation center and vocational education training center.
*Preferably a female manager with a good academic and career background will be preferred.
*Highly articulate and a grounded leader who has the ability to lead by example.
*Ability to comprehend the market trends and respond to the local market dynamics.
*Experience of designing,running and monitoring marketing campaigns.
*Ability to keep the teams motivated and ensure a high level of performance and profitability.
*Oversee multiple services and the delivery of services,maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
*Supervises the activities of subordinates.
*Prepares and monitors budget for the center and research,executive or student education projects.
*Prepare periodic reports,financial statements and records on center projects,progress,status or other special reports for management.
*Evaluates center activities for effectiveness to develop improved methods.
*Conduct sessions,workshops.
*Constant feedback to students.
