Job Description
- Drive Business: Ensure Profitability of team, set and meet targets as per organization’s expectation.
- Manage Risk control Activity: Inform the dealers/ SB’s and removing the mapping of a client if he is in projected risk and not allowing fresh saudas.
- Handle Collections Activity: Get Updation from Team persons (Team persons are doing regular Calling the clients and SBs for pay in cheques).
- Manage Online Risk Management Activity: continuously monitoring the positions across the Region customer.
- Compliance Activity: checking Compliance in Branch As well as Audit & Sub broker Audit on Yearly Basis
- Manage Team work & Business Conduct Activity: To take initiatives within the team, proactive in helping subordinates, Punctual and strictly adhere to all the schedules, Planned leaves as per the HR process.
- Solve client's / SB's queries & complaints Activity: To resolve queries, complaints of walk-in and sitting clients and sub-brokers by coordinating with the concerned dept or CSO.
- Branch Coordination & Training Activity: To organize functional training programs, faculty, training kit, feedback & Evaluation for the branch employees.
- Prepare Daily MIS of Risk & Collection: subject to reporting to Zonal and CSO office.
- WMS Activity: Generate revenue via cross sell in regional Office.
- Daily KYC monitor: provide help to employee regarding clients Query
- Banking Department: Update Day to day collection file to cso
- Experience: At least 1- 3 years working experience as Branch Manager in a Financial Broking Firm.
