Job Description
Daily Work:
- Checking & verifying all daily financial transactions for society;
- Manage Society performance against agreed targets and budgets.
- The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Societies objectives.
- Responsible for managing the Branch Office in order to meet the financial services needs of customers in the assigned community market area; implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the office as part of the Society overall strategic plan; ensuring the office's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel.
- Verifying all the official documents of society as per the norms.
- To supervise operations and maintenance, project planning and management, communication, finance, facility function, technology integration, and environmental factors.
- To Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and promotion methods to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
- To Develops new deposit and loan business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.
- To Recovery of N.P.A.( Non Performing Assets) Cases., When the customer not refund the loan amount then file court case against that customer.
- To ensure that there is an adequate accounting system in place that produces monthly financial statements.
- Implements strategies to achieve goals assigned to the office as established in the Societies overall strategic plan; assists in the development of the annual budget for the office and adheres to budget parameters.
- To join minimum 2 customer to our Society in per month.
- To Achieve Monthly target as per given by Management.
