1. Branch Manager:
Graduates/post-graduates with minimum 3-4 yrs of experience of Team handling and gold loans/financial activities will be preferred
Manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business of its branch.
Handle all the branch level activities to ensure business growth
Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them timely feedback on their performance.
Regular participation in Field-Marketing Sales Activities is a must
2. Gold Valuer/ Appraiser
Graduates/ post-graduates with an experience of min 1 yr in gold valuation (checking) is preferred
Evaluate quality & purity of Gold in any form by manual process (valuation).
Should be able to maintain Gold Loan transactions.
Regular participation in Field-Marketing Sales Activities is a must.
3. Customer Care Executive
Graduates / Post Graduates with 0-2 years of experience(Freshers can Apply)
Attend Customer Walk-Ins and address customer requirements
maintain good relationship with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
Should be able to acquire new customers through referencing
Regular participation in Field-Marketing Sales Activities is a must
