Job Profile - Branch Operations Manager

• Ensure smooth running of operations at various units at different locations
• Ensuring daily attendance from units and its communication to the HR
• Ensuring local compliances and safety implementation at all the units coming under the branch
• Maintain communication between the branch and management
• Co-ordinating with different depts.: Sales /Accounts/ Operations/ HR etc. on a regular basis with regard to the different projects/ units
• Train and coach field officers and provide training to them in regard to operations and policies
• Coordinate with HR for manpower hiring and assisting HR in interviewing, hiring and training of new team members
• Conduct employee’s performance reviews

• Reporting to Branch Manager with regular updates
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

• Ensure timely raising of bills to the clients and obtaining payment from them within the stipulated time
• Timely salary payments to the staff working at the units
• Ensure that employees related matters: Salary advances, attendance & payroll related matters are handled properly at the unit level
• Handling escalated issues of clients/employees and timely redressal of their grievances

Specification:

• Proven experience in handling branch operations
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Planning for new machinery, planning for automation, Man Management skills
• Good at Report making: Excel sheets for reporting
