Job Description
1. Monitor press stories (print, online, broadcast) across all lines of business in
2. Platform distribution and manage clip distribution to key internal stakeholders
3. Research and compose communications materials such as fact sheets, bios, and schedules
4. Contribute to brainstorms, research, and project planning of creative campaigns, concepts, and activations
5. Hone communications skills through media list development, pitching, and tracking with an emphasis on entertainment trades and lifestyle media

2. Enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges
3. Well organized, with strong relationship building and time management skills
4. Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders, balance numerous projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines and effectively work in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
