Your Role and Responsibilities
TSS sales management system relies on a single resource to provide sales reporting for renewals and many of our key programs. There is a need for supplemental support and backup as the demand/importance on new requirements increased, needing back up and sustainability of providing information which is critical to support the TSS business.

Responsibilities

• Act in an advisory capacity to the business unit, provides insight and analysis to run the business
• Facilitate the business unit management review processes and system
• Provides a broad range of operational support to the business unit leader, including: revenue and profit performance analysis, non-sales incentive support, productivity analysis, account growth and erosion analysis, financial performance gaps, and key initiatives
• Demonstrate knowledge in all Business Operation CoEs. For Contract Management understand how to provide quality contract management and analysis to GTS in as cost-effective and uniform a manner as possible through common tools and processes. For Compliance how the compliance test and reporting are conduct and understand the process management, the business controls and the consulting services processes. For WFM will be familiar with the end to end GTS RCM process
• Influence the functional strategy and understand organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies.
• Guide other professionals and adapt communications and approaches to conclude negotiations with various partners, resulting in common agreements
• Analyse complex/new situations, anticipate potential problems and future trends, assess opportunities, impacts, and risks
• Develop and implement solutions and Lead multi-functional teams, or conducts special projects, or manages department(s) (national or international)
• Has vision of functional or unit mission. Influences people and organizations, including executive management, when issues are complex/difficult and require considerable diplomacy
• Considerable latitude in responsibilities to define and decide on tools, processes, priorities and resources following general business unit directives. Recognized as an expert in their field.
• Accountable for projects or programs involving multi- functional, country-wide or regional teams. Responsible for overall functional program success. Activities are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, and impact functional, business unit, or country costs or expenses.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis domain
• Proven expertise in Business Acumen, Data Analytics, BI Tools (Excel and Tableau)
• Proficient in CRM and Problem-solving aptitude
• Demonstrate an analytical mindset with a business acumen
• Proven communication skills and team player with ability to work independently

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
