As an Analyst you will work with different stakeholders at Medallia on multiple projects across varied verticals.

The projects can vary from assisting your team in implementing and testing our product to managing post launch client 

accounts and monitoring client processes.

Product Implementation:

• Work with senior team members to carry out customer implementations and program enhancements.
• Participate in the implementation design, build, and review processes.
• Identify improvements to our feedback products and processes.
• Work on ad-hoc projects involving quality assurance, monitoring scheduled tasks and monthly reporting.

Client Management:

• Build long-standing client relationships by building and improving customer feedback programs.
• Provide support to client meetings by leveraging in-depth Medallia system capabilities.
• Help in resolving technical/system related inquiries.
• Provide quality assurance support including creation of QA plans.
• Provide client support when analyzing large sets of data.

Other Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of product features that are relevant to each client program

 Minimum Qualification:

• Experience of client management or similar experience.
• Excellent analytical skills (including Microsoft Excel) and attention to detail.
• Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Computer Application.

Qualification:

• Experience in management consulting, IT consulting, market research, and/or enterprise software preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in technology.
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript is Must. Knowledge of GUI would be an added advantage.
