Responsibilities and Duties

• Gathering customer requirements over emails, calls & in-person meetings
• Documenting the requirements in a structured format.
• Prepare visual diagrams & wire-frames for ease of understanding.
• Offer advise / suggestions to customers from technical and functional aspects based on past experiences.
• Understand Software Applications developed and provide demonstrations to the client.
• Interact with technical team for requirement analysis and estimations, clarify their doubts.
• Liaise between a customer and technical team for technical discussions.
• Prepare standard collateral's for case studies, application manuals, demonstration scripts.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Need to be from IT background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good expertise over UML, Flow Charts, Process flow diagrams, wire-framing tools, office tools (Word / Excel / Power-point)
• In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life-cycle and concepts of software engineering.
• Should have a consulting approach.
