- Excellent verbal and written skills
- In-depth working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Must-have experience in working with web application projects
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards, which is appropriate for its intended user
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides
- Analyze the existing and potential content, focusing on reuse, and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements
- Ability to quickly grasp the complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable through texts and infographics
