Skills-Senior Business Analyst.
Experience-4+ Years.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Managed at least 2-3 projects successfully from initiation to closure, managing the customer experience end to end, working with the IT services company delivering projects for US-based large enterprises, or large multi-national organizations
· Good to have a couple of years of development experience on web technologies, preferably working on an enterprise solution
· Exceptional written, verbal and conceptual communication
· Thorough understanding of software services industry workflow
· Thorough understanding of multiple software development life cycle methodologies
· Be accountable for project results with Clients and team
· Complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget & timing
· Complete work breakdown structure for estimation
· Clearly Communicate expectations to team members and Client
· Lead, coach & motivate project team members on a proactive basis
· Track and report on Project Milestones
· Client Servicing / Account Management
· Ensure all project documentation.
