Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Minimum Experience required: 2years,
- Proficient in multiple modules of one package.,
- Should have been through at one life-cycle implementation of the package.,
- Should be familiar with business processes in one industry & thorough with business processes in one functional area.,
- Understanding of technical architecture surrounding the package including integration with different systems & their impact,on the solution.,
- Understanding & experience of tailoring of methodologies to suit customer/project needs.,
- An ability to lead small teams at a module or small project level.,
- An appreciation of other technologies available in the market.,
- Ability to independently put together proposals and make presentation to prospects/customers.
Educational Requirements: BCA , BE , BSc , MCA , MSc
