Business Analytics / COO is a central team that provides management insights, regulatory reporting and drives Ops Risk management with key focus on business growth and profitability.
This role will involve analysis of revenues, expenses, profitability metrics, trends, etc.
The individual should have an analytical bent of mind and be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies.

Business Analytics / COO is a central team that provides management insights, regulatory reporting and drives Ops Risk management with key focus on business growth and profitability.
This role will involve analysis of revenues, expenses, profitability metrics, trends, etc.
- Seek to develop MI on business performance at various levels for senior management and desk heads
- Delivering accurate MI to the regulators periodically
- Provide deep dive on expense management targeted at saving costs
- Partner with Prime Services COOs to analyze, monitor & track various operational risk metrics
- Focus on building rigid controls on operations risk and implementing best-practices
- Work with various business partners in implementing strategic projects from time to time
The individual should have an analytical bent of mind and be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies.
Required
- Professionally qualified [graduate/post graduate]
- Experience in designing and preparation of Management Information
- Analytical as well as problem solving skills and confident personality with excellent relationship skills
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- CA, MBA (Finance)
- Experience in Operational Risk or internal audit background
- Knowledge on Investment Bank products will be an asset
- Experience on Tableau an added advantage
- Experience in VBA programming/developing macros
