1. Shift:-USA/UK

2. Role: -     Executive level

3. Process-  Lead Generation. (Outbound)

4. Role Category-  Voice process (0 To 2 year experience is preferable )

5. Job Location:- Noida

6. Salary:-12k to 18k (Performance bonus+ Attendance bonus)

7. Incentive: Floor (CASH daily*) Monthly (per lead bases)

8. Meal for Dinner

9. cab for drop in UK(ALL over Noida ,Sec37,lakshmi nagar, NH 24 till hindon,khanpur,)

10. Job Responsibilities:-1.Direct interaction with international customers.

                                            2. Business development for client.

                                            3. Lead Generation and follow up.

11. Working Days:-   Monday to Saturday Regular working.

                                    (Fixed Sunday Off).

12. Skills Required:-

1.      Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner

2.      Confident and self-motivated.

3.      Positive & Mature attitude towards the work assigned.

4.      Courteous with strong customer service orientation

5.      Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge

6.      Ability to effectively communicate,

7.      Dependable with strong attention to detail

8.      Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly

9.      Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment

10.  Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently

11.  Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
