- We select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 8-12months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):
- Stage 1: Business Associate
- Stage2: HR Trainer
- Stage3: Crew Leader
- Stage4: Assistant Owner
- Stage5: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANGER
- Job Description:
- - Lead the marketing/advertising process, meet prospective clients, give product presentation.
- - Tap business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
- - Visit potential clients for presentations and demonstrations.
- - Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- - Be the first point of contact for all marketing-related queries and communication.
- Responsibilities :
- 1. Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
- 2. Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
- 3. Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
- 4. Training and Developing team members to develop a high-performance culture.
- 5. Expanding Business across the country, and globally.
- 6. Enhancing leadership by using effective communication & coaching of team members.
- 7. Expanding Business & mapping of new market segments in new territories across India.
- 8. Customer Acquisition & Promotion: Acting as a point of contact on behalf of the client for promotion & brand development.
- 9. We will provide you with an opportunity for business exposure to National / International Travel for training & Business Development.
- 10. Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- - Minimum Qualification of the Candidate Must be Graduate.
- - Strong written and oral communication skills.
- - Candidate must be in Western Formal Attire. Please REFRAIN from wearing casuals.
