Qualification:
- Graduates with MBA/ B.A/ B.Com/ B.E/ B.Tech/ BMS/ BMM - 2019 Pass out’s and 2020 batch pursuing their degree are open to apply.
Job Description:
- Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted web search, and e- mail/telephone contact with potential customers.
- Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation
- Direct communication with customers via e‐mail and telephone (Cold Calling/Warm Calling) to promote Ultria and its product range
- Qualification of sales leads to identify whether prospects requirements are aligned with Ultria’s product offerings.
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets for Onsite -US Sales team.
- Capable of good Market Research and Database building
- Identify key decision makers within target organizations
- Should understand prospects technology needs
- Recording of all sales activities in the CRM
- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Pipeline
- Proven track record of exceeding sales target
- Must be Aggressive and Dynamic with a Good & Positive Attitude
- Ability to work alone or with a team, should be a quick Learner and should be open to feedback.
- Work according to US time zone (Night Shift)
- Good Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written) and the ability to ask questions and listen are the keys to success in this role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Confident/ Patience and Perseverance
