About the internship
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate to collect and collate data for daily updation of dashboard
2. Work on analysis
3. Prepare notes from the review meetings
4. Support implementing the strategies action plan by follow up of to-do list
5. Arrange meetings as per the schedule, take notes, record decisions taken, and action items
6. Manage leadership team's time by scheduling meetings, making adjustments as necessary based on changing needs and priorities
7. Take follow-ups for to do action list
8. Arrange problem-solving meetings
9. Focus on enhancing the skills and abilities of the team and self through reading and researching
10. Receive, review and prioritize incoming mail, sorts it by function and takes appropriate action
11. Maintain complete confidentiality of all information and all things that are discussed
