Position : Business Dev Manager – Placements & Corporate Fresher Hiring (JOB Code : BD003)

Job Description:

The position of business development (placements) is to enhance Emertxe’s placement profiles by bringing in new placement clients.
This requires establishing relationship with corporate by projecting Emertxe’s value proposition and have them participate in placement process.
This position also requires co-ordination with internal teams (delivery / technical) to provide right set of manpower to placement companies by following a pre-defined process.

Experience : 2+ years

Qualification: Any degree with experience in Placements and Fresher Hiring engagement with Corporate

Responsibilities :

Initiate & establish new placement clients
Sustain relationship with placement clients by continuous engagement
Co-ordinate with internal teams by owning E2E placement activities
Follow placement process as per compliance

Skillsets :

Experience in University or Fresher Hiring engagements
Initiate & establish new placement clients
