Job Description
- Aggressively working on acquiring tenants
- Ensuring pipeline of tenants through cold calling within his/her assigned cluster
- Follow up on the generated leads and ensure high conversion ratio of tenants booking
- Explain and accompany the tenants to various Square Plums properties/flats and close the deal with them
- Support the business by regularly completing the sales targets
