We are looking for an Associate Manager who is able to build new and lasting relationships with potential new clients and work with them to activate their business requirements.
Your role is key in our effort to position Sētu Systems as one of the leading app development and API integration companies in India. You will be working in an exciting and fast growing industry on the forefront of mobile, web, and enterprise technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Development and Project Management:
- Responsible for increasing revenue and profit through new business sales to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth
- Planning, coordinating and executing the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets
- Identifying, qualifying leads and executing on proposals, RFI’s and RFP’s
- Present to clients at meetings and in general sell by a consultative approach, may require occasional travel
- Work closely with design & development teams to ensure detailed and correct estimates are produced
- Occasionally, attend industry functions, such as events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends
- Planning employee trainings, guiding, and evaluating employees, and providing critical progress reports to higher management
- Additionally, as an Associate Manager, you would be in charge of providing daily supervision to employees.
- Responsible to handle administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Can demonstrate a strong understanding of business development process and client needs
- A strong passion for mobile, web, and enterprise apps and up to date with latest trends and possibilities
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality; driven at all times to meet and exceed goals
- Leadership and Entrepreneurial skills are crucial.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a MUST.
