Duties:

• Planning & Conceptualizing: Planning & conceptualization of innovative ideas/ways in order to increase the organizational development and impact.
  
• Market Analysis & Benchmarking: a. Local mapping of target audience and developing the plan of action accordingly. b.Identification and penetration of new market segments for attainment of targets with a view to optimize revenue and taking care of PR and branding activities. c.Work on generating leads, mapping sectors and targeting potential clients.
  
• Marketing: Generating new projects by preparing marketing strategies along with execution of marketing plans on the round.
  
• Responsible for executing overall organizational development plan, and meet targets.
  
• Presenting the organizational services to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  
• Possess drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail in ensuring all development opportunities are captured and explored
  
• Relationship Building: Prospecting, Identifying, & generating new projects along with implementing effective network for consistent growth and better market penetration.
  

Prerequisites:

• Graduate/About to Graduate this year in any discipline
  
• Extremely fluent Communication (Verbal and Written) in English
  
• Dedicated Team Player
  
• Past marketing Experience (full time/part time) preferred
  
• Efficient in Client Management
  
• Digital Media Savvy
  
• Knowledge of United Nations and Model United Nations is preferred
  
• Flexible with timings
  
• Travel Enthusiast
