Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with internal IT, business, and clients.
You would have to support content creation and provide Business Administration support within the organization.
Other essential functions include:
- Support Sales and Marketing tasks such as CRM administration, Inbound / Outbound Campaigns.
- Support business functions on a need basis.
- Content creation on Application and Process training using e-Learning authoring tools such as Captivate.
- Data analysis to develop actionable insights.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should be a graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience and must have below:
Superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to accuracy, detail and quality
Superior time management and follow-up skills
- Good English writing skills
- Good comprehension abilities (especially with software and business processes)
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to exercise sound judgment while working proactively and effectively with minimal supervision
- Exposure, interest and/or experience in Creative designing, DTP or e-Learning authoring tools like Captivate/Articulate
