Description
We at PinkBlue.in are looking for dynamic and agile freshers (or people with less than 2 years of field sales experience) who are passionate to learn the basics of B2B business driven by technology and in the process understand and contribute towards ‘Customer’s Success’ which truly defines OUR success. The single most important quality that is needed to do justice to this role is ‘Ownership’.
Responsibilities
- Understand our technology solution PB-Meta Lite and the USP. Also understand the features which are in pipeline so that a comprehensive pitch can be prepared for on-boarding “any” pharmacy in town.
- Identify and visit all the pharmacies of given territories and on-board them to PB-Meta Lite which requires demo, basic setup and the first order from the pharmacy.
- Utilize & develop sales skills to effectively close negotiations and deals.
- Constantly gain knowledge & intelligence about assigned territories and ensure 100% coverage. Keep thorough knowledge about the competitive softwares, pricing and the valued features.
- Daily report of number of pitch and onboarded customers to the reporting manager.
- Build a comprehensive lead library by collecting necessary info and report daily to the management.

Other Requirements –
· Minimum educational qualification: Should be a graduate
· Must have a vehicle with necessary documentations
· Must have a Smart Phone / Tab with 4G connection to give a demo on the go
· Proficient in Kannada (Verbal). Basic knowledge of English (Verbal & Written)
What Is On Offer
The standard payout structure will have a fixed component of 12K and a variable component directly linked to ‘on-boarding pharmacies’. The targets will be designed in such a way that a moderate performer will be able to earn 15K or variable incentive and high-achiever may go as high as 25K to 30K based on the individual performance. These targets numbers will be collectively discussed and decided taking into consideration the BD team’s inputs and PinkBlue’s overall growth plans.
