As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with our strategy team to execute our vision of enabling smarter healthcare. Your core responsibilities will include identifying doctors and influencers in the target segment; and acquisition of doctors within target segments to our platform.

This role is meant for results-oriented achievers with strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude, looking to make a strong impact in the growing healthcare technology space.

Responsibilities:

• Your main goal will be to acquire doctors and healthcare practitioners to our digital platform.
  
• Market Research: Identify & profile target market; Identify influencers in target market
  
• Marketing and communications (including cold-calls when required); build a supportive and collaborative relationship with doctors
  
• Manage & track your sales pipeline; doctor acquisitions
  
• Client Relationship and support; post-sales support to help doctors set up and grow their digital practice
  
• Share insights and strategies to incentivize customers and enable growth

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-3 years experience in healthcare or pharma related sales roles
  
• A university degree; MBA a plus
  
• A science and/or medical background a plus
  
• Previous app sales experience is also a plus!
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to identify client needs and address them competently 
  
• Leadership ability and assertiveness to convince healthcare professionals to adopt product.
  
• Thorough understanding of mobile technologies
